Visitor Attraction Marketing Executive, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Tottenham Hotspur is looking for a Marketing Executive to join the expanding Visitor Attractions team and help build their presence in the attractions space both within the UK and internationally.

As one of the fastest growing areas of the business, Visitor Attractions are a huge part of the future of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. With three leading attractions already in place, and more on the way, the Stadium is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the team and help grow this area of the business. Working within the wider commercial marketing team, the Visitor Attractions Marketing Executive will have hands on relationships with the wider business including operational staff and external agencies.

The role will work closely with the Visitor Attractions Marketing Manager and visitor attractions team managing all internal marketing channels including match day activation both offline and online, and will be responsible for managing and reporting on the email marketing strategy. The role will work closely with the wider marketing team and eternal agencies to manage campaigns, so good communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Visitor Attractions marketing Manager in implementation and execution of all campaigns
  • Working closely with the Visitor Attraction team in coordination of internal assets
  • Preparing clear internal briefs and project manage critical paths for specific marketing initiatives
  • Working with external agencies across print, digital and creative opportunities
  • Ownership of all internal and stadium marketing channels including match day programmes, content and stadium screens.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager on all copy requirements for the business, with specific responsibility for the briefing and sub-editing of online product descriptions.
  • Brainstorming content and marketing ideas and explore new features, staying informed on competitor best practice, content activity
  • Managing our marketing activity with third party resellers
  • Deep diving into customer data to provide clear customer insight which will inform future marketing activities and campaigns
  • Brand guardian in market, ensuring brand equity and vision is adhered to at all times

The successful candidate will:

  • Have 2 years’ experience in similar role(s)
  • Have strong copywriting skills
  • Have an appreciation for the design and manufacture process and the motivation to be immersed in relevant external resources – industry trends, consumer behaviours and cultural influence
  • Have a strong sense of commercial, brand and technical awareness
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience of working within the attractions sector and working knowledge of the travel trade is preferable.
