Walking Tours Operations Manager, Experience Oxfordshire

Experience Oxfordshire are seeking a Walking Tours Operations Manager to manage the success of the official walking tours and private tours division which run daily tours around Oxford covering a choice of tours including University, Ghost, Harry Potter, CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien and Inspector Morse!

Managing an office based team and a large number of freelance guides, you will develop new product ideas, run monthly management reports and work closely with the Marketing & Finance teams. Business is generated through their website, OTA’s, travel trade and group tour organisers. Your experience must include managing a team, an understanding of the tours sector and you should have strong IT skills.
