Cambridge company Granite5 launch new website for UKinbound

Cambridge based digital marketing agency Granite 5 has redesigned and launched a brand new website for UKinbound, the trade association that represents nearly 400 inbound tourism businesses across the UK (including four in the Cambridge area).

After a competitive pitch process, Granite5 were appointed to undertake the redesign and build project for UKinbound, winning the trade association over with their experience and vision of a more modern, well designed and intuitive website for members and other users.

UKinbound CEO Deirdre Wells OBE commented, “The inbound tourism industry in the UK is going from strength to strength but there are many challenges ahead such as Brexit, increasing global competition for visitors and ensuring the industry continues to attract the right talent. We really needed a more effective website that would help our members keep up to date and join in quickly and easily with our lobbying activity, signpost the latest business opportunities from overseas operators and help us attract new members.  We are delighted with the end result!”

Jill Davies, Granite5 CEO commented, “It has been a pleasure working with UKinbound. At Granite 5 we’re experienced with the unique challenges of communicating with and attracting new members to large organisations and associations. This project was a perfect fit for us with our WordPress skills and ACT integration experience.”

“Our unique planning process uncovered the challenges of the different customer user groups, whilst as a team we’re always mindful of needs within the business too. We’re incredibly pleased with the result and are looking forward to supporting and developing the website going forward” said Christian Scott, Head of Delivery.
