UKinbound is delighted to be once again hosting the UK stand at WTM for 2021.

We have changed the stand layout this year to allow us to offer a more cost-effective and flexible solution for exhibitors, using branded meeting tables rather than pods.

Member Rate Standard Meeting Table: £4,900 + VAT

Non-Member Rate Standard Meeting Table: £5,500 + VAT

Each Standard Meeting Table will include your company branding/artwork on the tabletop and can accommodate two team members from your company at any one time. Additional chairs will be provided for your client meetings.

HOW TO BOOK

Please follow the link below and complete the digital booking form stating your top 3 preferences of table location.

Upon receipt of this booking form, a member of the UKinbound Team will be in touch within five working days to inform you of your table location. We will then issue an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of £1,500+VAT, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date. Your table will be confirmed upon receipt of payment only.

IMPORTANT: The UKinbound Events Team CANNOT accept email requests for tables and we are unable to reserve, hold or book tables until we have received your booking via the form linked above. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
FULL PAYMENT: An invoice for the balance will be issued upon booking and payment is due within 30 days. UKinbound reserves the right to deny access to the WTM online portal and refuse access to the UKinbound stand at WTM 2021 should any costs related to this booking be outstanding at the commencement of WTM London 2021.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received after Friday 1 October will not be entitled to any refund and the full exhibiting costs will be charged.

MEMBERSHIP: Companies applying for a Member Rate must be a fully paid member of UKinbound for the membership year 2021/22 at the time of WTM London 2021. If membership has lapsed, not been renewed, renewal payment not been received or if the company has not yet joined the association, UKinbound reserves the right to charge the difference between the Table cost stated above and the non-member rate of £5,500 + VAT.
